Your Mind is a wonderful gift

This page is dedicated to your mind.

Change starts mentally. If you do not think something will happen, it likely will not. A lot of times, huge changes in your life can stem from a thought that you made a reality.

When you feel down, mentally, it can affect everything, in yourself and around you. For myself, when I feel down mentally, I have a hard time getting the “get-up-and-go” to get anything done. Then I start to feel blah. Then afterwards, I feel frustrated that I felt so bad mentally, that I didn’t accomplish anything, that I feel even worse mentally and emotionally.

For myself, it is a vicious cycle.

I have learned, however, that my mind can be one of my greatest gifts. If I can get myself, mentally, to a place of empowerment and inspiration, I know that I can do just about anything. So can you!

One of our limits in life is what we believe we can accomplish. If we believe we won’t accomplish anything, we wont! It’s that simple!

“Don’t ‘hope’ something will happen, MAKE it happen! Make it strong, make it true, make it so!!!”

Sarah Sell

I’ve let myself down so many times in the past. I’ve told myself that wonderful things were great for other people, but that I could never have them. Jobs, appearance, skills and abilities. I’ve completely ingrained in my mind that I wasn’t capable and I would watch other people achieve greatness.

I had to really take a step back and look at myself and my life, and I had to see it in ways I was never brave enough to look at it before. You know what? I can do it! So I took my new empowered thinking, and I put it to action. I made huge life changes, that I still look back at and feel proud of.

You can do it too!

Stop thinking that you can’t!

Don’t say “I hope”. Say “I will!”
